Admission Requirements:

For Freshmen:

  1. Diploma (must have completed a 4-year undergraduate course)
  2. Original Transcript of Records
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from last school attended
  4. 2×2 Picture

For Transferees:

  1. Honorable Dismissal from last school attended
  2. Transcript of Records or List of Grades
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character from last school attended
  4. 2×2 Picture
  5. Signed Letter of Application containing the following details:
    • Complete name
    • Birthday
    • Gender
    • Residential address
    • Contact details
    • Name of last school attended
    • Degree obtained
    • Year graduated
    • Occupation
    • Name and address of employer
    • Name of parents and their contact details

Enrollment Procedure:

  1. Scan all the above-mentioned admission requirements. Make sure that the scanned copies are clear and legible.
  2. Submit the scanned copy of the requirements to Dr. Maritess Vibar-MLC College Secretary via email at mlcenrollment(a)gmail.com with subject Application Year 2021-2022_SURNAME.
